Automatic end to end jointing

 

 

 

 

  • Can be perfomed with double sided tape, thermofusing tape or sewing bench
  • Complementary to an automatic reel change, allows complete automation of the unwinding station
  • No accumulator required for speeds up to 30 m/min
  • Proven resistance of the thermfused joint to chemicals (Toluene, Methyl Ethyl Cetone...), to high temperature (400°C) and high tension processes (Brushing machines)
  • Joint also sucessfully tested on  wet fabrics
