TEXTILE
FINISHING
|
For
the textile finishing industry, DMT designs and builds :
|
Axial or tangential
winding
|

|
- Electric or
hydraulic winding motorization
- Axial winding
torque control to avoid a screw effect
- Tangential
arm pressure control to avoid marks on the fabric
- Winding and
unwinding systems designed for either A frames, dye beams or directly
for carton tubes
|
Automatic
reel loading
|

|
-
Systems for automatic reel change at the winding or the
unwinding stations.
-
Ensures non stop manufaturing with minimum machine
downtime and easy reel handling
-
Can present reel ready for shipping directly after the
process
|
J,
roller or conveyor accumulation
|

|
- Automatically adjusts to the line speed to ensure
desired accumulation
- Choice between J, roller or conveyor accumulator
depending on the space constraints and the crease sensistivity of the
fabric
|
Fabric cutting
|

|
- Usage of heating knives for thermo fusing fabrics or
pressing knives for traditionnal textiles
- Adaptation of auto aligning multi knives system for
slitting or edge cutting
|
Unrolling cradle
|

|
- Allows unwinding of reels with
crushed carton tubes
- Can be adapted onto an automatic reel
change system
|
Automatic
end to
end jointing
|

 |
-
Can be perfomed with double sided tape, thermofusing
tape or sewing bench
- Complementary to an automatic
reel change, allows complete automation of the unwinding station
- No accumulator required for
speeds up to 30 m/min
- Proven resistance of the
thermfused joint to chemicals (Toluene, Methyl Ethyl Cetone...), to high temperature
(400°C) and high tension processes (Brushing machines)
- Joint also
sucessfully tested on wet fabrics
|
Impregnating machine
|

|
- Design minimises chemicals consumption
- Multiples rolls ensure proper impregnation
|
Roller squeezer
|

|
- 3 roll squeezing for best impregnation
- Horizontal squeezing avoids "aquaplanning" and
uncontrolled fabric movements
- Chemical vessel easy to dismantle and squeezers
spacing driven to facilitate cleaning
