COMPANY ORIGINS
In 1926, M. Joanny CHOGNARD creates his own company "Etablissement CHOGNARD". Mainly oriented towards industrial machinery maintenance, the family business is transmitted to René CHOGNARD in 1950 who will from time to time design new systems for the textile industry. In 1982, M. Jean-Louis CHOGNARD becomes the new MD of what is now D.M.T. CHOGNARD S.A.and strongly develops the machine building activity. He also diversifies the activity towards other fabrics (plactics, non woven, rubber, flooring material).
THE PEOPLE D.M.T. CHOGNARD is made of 25 collaborators with all the experience and skills required to fully integrate the design, the manufacturing and the commissioning of stand-alone machines or complete fabric transfer lines. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING 3 CAD stations equipped with AutoCad and SolidWorks (3D) allow our engineers to develop new projects.
MANUFACTURING The manufacturing of the sub assemblies is managed internally thanks to 2 machining workers, 3 welders and the painting unit.

SALES AND EXPORT Jean-Louis CHOGNARD, (MD) takes care of French speaking countries while Laurent concentrates on English speaking countries.
